CONTAINEX - Customer Service Manager

With containers we create optimal space solutions for a wide variety of customer requirements. So that this works perfectly, our Customer Service Managers must be professional in their organising abilities.

In this role, you will be the interface between sales and production and will be responsible for the smooth execution of all projects. From planning to completion.

Your job:

  • Beginning with the preparation of a quotation you will process all orders from start to finish
  • You will work closely with your Sales Manager
  • You will process tenders
  • You will act as an internal coordinator between purchasing, production and logistics
  • You will coordinate all assembly teams and supplies for larger construction projects or installations
  • You will be in frequent contact with regular customers and key accounts respectively

Needless to say that there is a lot of work behind every satisfied customer: I assist them throughout the entire purchasing process i.e. from the initial contact, preparation of a quotation, securing the order to any follow-up support. It's nice to be able to work in an international team where I can use my language skills. And for me it's fun to learn something new every day.
